4. What's your turnaround time?
Our standard turnaround is 48 hours. Rush service is available upon request for an additional fee.

5. How is pricing calculated?
We offer a flat rate per bag or fixed subscription rates—no hidden fees. Delivery is always free.

6. How should I prepare my laundry?
Place all laundry items in a clean, sturdy bag that can be securely tied (no hampers or baskets). Subscription members will receive a reusable wash-and-fold canvas bag for ongoing use. Family Plus subscribers receive two bags.

7. Do you separate colors?
Yes. We wash whites, darks, and colors separately to protect your garments unless you specify otherwise.

8. What type of detergent do you use?
We use high-quality, hypoallergenic, eco-friendly detergents that are fragrance-free.

9. Can I provide my own detergent or softener?
Absolutely. Simply include your preferred detergent or softener with your laundry and leave us a note.

We handle every order with care. In the unlikely event something happens, we'll promptly work with you to resolve the issue.

Yes. We provide weekly, biweekly, or custom subscription schedules. Subscribers receive discounts and reusable canvas bags, helping reduce environmental impact.

16. Do you clean pet bedding or heavily soiled items?
Yes, we can clean these items, though additional charges may apply depending on size and condition. We will confirm any additional fees with you before proceeding.
